1967 Camaro
A 1967 Camaro, Does a car get any better? I had the priviledge of being able to buy a 1967 Camaro when i was 19, it had been crashed but i quickly set out and got parts to fix it and I am now finishing the rebuild and saving money for a brand new crate motor. Anyways this car was one of Chevrolet's flag cars (like the corvette). It was originally going to be called the "Panther" but Chevrolet wanted to keep with naming their cars with a "C" (corvette, chevelle). So they came up with Camaro which means, Fellowship on the road, as well as faster and powerful. The Camaro also had the firebird option from pontiac and the trans am option from pontiac but both where great cars but you might as well have got a Camaro because pontiac engines were known for blowing up and in my opinion the camaro looks better to. As for engines there was a could options for the 1967 Camaro, you could get a small V6 or a 305 V8, 327 V8, 350 V8 or a very rare 427 V8 which were rated with lower horsepower then they really made. People like Mr.Yanko also took these cars right off the showroom floor and had them customised with bigger engines and different paint jobs, so if you can find a Yanko Camaro hold onto it cause it's worth lots. As for me, i'm going to finish mine and then have a great time driving it.
